When the above matter is called out, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was allowed to carry out certain amendments as per the order dated 6th April, 2023. This amendment was to be carried out forthwith. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, and because the Writ Petition was also disposed of by that very order, the amendments remained to be carried out. Considering these peculiar facts and circumstances, we permit the Petitioner to carry out the amendment as sought for in paragraph 2 of the order dated 6th April, 2023. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith in front of the Associate of this Court. Re-verification is dispensed with.
