In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 3rd March, 2010 passed in Special Civil Suit No. 96 of 2005.

From the office record, it appears that the aforesaid Suit has been decided on 2nd April, 2012.

In view of the aforesaid office submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the validity of the order passed in the aforesaid Suit in an appeal, if so advised.
