This is an application for cancellation of bail preferred by the State. Anticipatory bail was granted to the respondents by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur, vide order dated 7th October, 2017. The accused was involved in C.R.No.211 of 2017, registered with Laxmipuri Police Station, Kolhapur, for the ofences punishable under Section 395, 307, 435 and 427 of Indian Penal Code.

In the light of the aforesaid factual aspects, no ground is made out for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent by order dated 7th October, 2017. The investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is fled. Hence, this application is required to be rejected.
