By this Petition, the Petitioner challenges the order dated 11/09/2014 passed by Minister, Co-operative, Marketing and Textile, Maharashtra State in Revision Application No. 156 of 2014. The Hon'ble Minister has recorded a fnding that an amount of Rs.40 lakhs towards outstanding was paid with the Bank on 29/12/2007. Thereafter on 05/12/2007, the Bank had given proposal that if Rs. 60 lakhs is paid, then the borrower would be made free of his liability of the loan account. 1/2

Today letter dated 11/03/2020 has been produced addressed by the liquidator indicating that amount of Rs. 1,09,00,000/- has been deposited. The said communication dated 11/03/2020 is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'C1' for identifcation. No further details are brought on record to show if any further amount is payable by Respondents No.1 & 2 towards the outstanding loan account. In fact as per the one time proposal, the borrower has paid the entire outstanding. 4.

In this view of the matter, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Hon'ble Minister. As all dues are paid by Respondents No. 1 & 2 towards the loan account, the order passed by Hon'ble Minister calls for no interference. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. (M.S.KARNIK, J.)
