ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners state that the Petitioners only seek a limited prayer for deciding the Application dated 21 December 2012 (Annexure "E" to the Petition) expeditiously. In the circumstances, we direct the Respondent No.7- Divisional Commissioner, Pune, to decide the Application (Annexure "E" to the Petition) of the Petitioners under section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, expeditiously and in any event within six months from today (if the same is not already decided).
