This Civil Application is taken out to add the proposed Respondent No.2 as party to the appeal, as during the pendency of the Second Appeal, proposed Respondent No.2 has purchased the property. However, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that in the meanwhile proposed Respondent No.2 has reconveyed the property in favour of the present Respondent. Therefore, this Civil Application has become infructuous.
