Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed against letter dated 17th March, 2016 issued by respondent no. 3 whereby petitioner has been asked to remain present in respect of the complaint filed by respondent no.1. 2.

We find that the petition has been filed challenging only the letter by which the petitioner has been asked to remain present. As on date no order has been passed. Under the circumstances we decline to interfere in the matter at this stage, in our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may submit reply to the said letter raising all the grounds as may be available.
