The Petitioner is challenging the Government Resolution dated 16th October 2012 to the extent it calculates the services for the purposes of pension from the year 2012.

The members of the Petitioner are employed with the Respondent i.e. Forest Division.

The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 4.
The Tribunal can consider the legitimacy of the Government Resolution also.

In light of that, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits.

The aggrieved party may approach the Tribunal, as may be permissible under the law. In that event all contentions of the parties are kept open.
