Clauses (i) and (viii) of paragraph 1 shall now read as under : "(i) Mr. Ranjeev Carvalho, Advocate, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent arising out of the Agreements dated 05-07-1997 and 10-09-2001. However, the learned Arbitrator shall treat the above two agreements as two separate references. (viii)The parties have agreed that the seat of the Arbitration shall be at Mumbai and they will file an Affidavit to this effect within one week from today." ssp 1/2
