Counsel appearing for the intervenor Sumitra Gramin Bigarsheti Sahakari Patasanstha states that out of 1/2

907) wp1393-15 three persons, Prakash Devkate has withdrawn the entire amount towards interest accrued on the deposit and Balasaheb Magar had withdrawn the entire amount deposited with accrued interest. Further, it is submitted that the applicant has drawn cheque in favour of Shalan Jankar to the tune of Rs.22,488/- and Prakash Devkate to the tune of Rs.1,00,854/- drawn on Bank of India and Solapur District Central Co-operative Bank respectively on 20th April, 2016. These cheques are handed over to Mr.Sarda, counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner would deposit the original Fixed Deposit Receipts with the Co-operative Society after realisation of the cheque amount.
