Nobody appears for the Petitioner. In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 12.3.2019 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Satara under Section 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 2.

The record does not show that any stay was granted for further proceedings. The Petition is pending since long. The show cause notice is dated 12.3.2019. Deshmane(PS)

There was no reason for the Petitioner not to participate in the proceedings and since there was no stay, the Superintendent of Police, Satara could have proceeded with the proceedings.
