He has produced on record a photocopy of the said Order dated 22nd September, 2021. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. (2) In view thereof, present Application for quashing of C.R. No.0305 of 2017, dated 7th December 2017 registered with Karkamb Police Station, Tal. Pandharpur, District Soalpur, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
