DATE : 24 MARCH 2021 P.C. :- This Contempt Petition is filed alleging contempt of the judgment and order of the Division Bench (Nagpur Bench) passed in Writ Petition No.5059 of 2017 and other connected matters decided on 21 November 2018. According to the Petitioners, who were not parties before the Division Bench, the Government Resolution issued on 7 February 2019 is the act of contempt. The

11.CP 177.19.doc Petitioners have joined the Additional Chief Secretary by name as the only Respondent because the Government Resolution issued on 7 February 2019 is signed by the Additional Chief Secretary. The Additional Chief Secretary has only signed a Resolution which conveys the decision of the State Government. It is open to the Petitioners to challenge the Government Resolution dated 7 February 2019, which challenge will be considered as per law. 2.

No case is made out to proceed under the contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. C.V. BHADANG, J.
