The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that against the demand notice dated 23­8­2014, the Petitioner has filed the Revision Application before the Divisional Joint Registrar Co­operative Societies, Kolhapur and in which application for condonation of delay has been filed. The Learned AGP states that the said application for condonation of delay is fixed for hearing on 16­6­2015. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that if the Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to hear and decide the application within a particular time frame. The Divisional Joint Registrar is therefore directed to hear and decide the said application latest by 30­6­2015. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of.
