The main prayer in the petition is for direction to the respondent No. 5 i.e. the Revisional Authority to decide the revision application alongwith the application for stay with immediate affect. Talwalkar 1/2

909.wp3574.15.sxw Shri Sakhare, learned Senior Special Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 on instructions makes a statement that the Revisional Authority would fix the matter for hearing of the application for stay tomorrow i.e. on 9/4/2015 at 11 a.m. and also pass an order in the application. The learned Senior Counsel further states that the authorities would instruct the Returning Officer to postpone the scrutiny to 3 p.m. from 11 a.m. tomorrow i.e. 9/4/2015.

Shri Anturkar, learned Counsel undertakes that the Petitioners or the representatives of the petitioners would appear before the Revisional Authority at 11 a.m. tomorrow i.e. 9/4/2015. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the Petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
