The Applicants in ABA/639/2022 and ABA/951/2022 have sought pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 25 of 2022. The Applicants in ABA/643/2022 and ABA/949/2022 have sought pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 24 of 2022, whereas the Applicants in ABA/952/2022 seeks prearrest bail in Crime No. 26 of 2022 and Applicants in ABA/953/2022 seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 27 of 2022, registered at Sadar Bazaar Police Station, Solapur.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties .

The aforesaid crimes were registered pursuant to the first informant report lodged by the Circle Officer Chandrakant Kashinath Hedgire, in respect of four different transactions. It was alleged that the names of the purchasers were entered in the 7 x 12 extract without any valid document. It is stated that fabricated 7 x 12 extracts were used for execution of the sale deed. On the basis of the said allegations, aforesaid crimes came to be registered for offences under Section 420, 465, 466, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
All the Applicants are on interim bail. Learned APP states that the investigation is almost completed and that only specimen signature of the Applicant in ABA/639/2022 needs to be obtained. Mr. Sanjeev Kadam, learned Sr. Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigation. That he shall report to the Investigating Officer and give his specimen signature. 5.
Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and the presence of the Applicants is not required for custodial interrogation, the Applications are allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of the Applicant Rajendra Balasaheb Dulange in Crime No.25 of 2022, Applicant Sukhadev Bhima Rathod in C.R. No. 24 of 2022, Applicant Vitthal Karbasu Kadhav in C.R. No.
24 of 2022, C.R.No. 25 of 2022, C.R.No. 26 of 2022 and C.R. No. 27 of 2022 of Sadar Bazaar Police Station, Solapur, the Applicants be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) each, in the respective crime with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The Applicant Rajendra Dulange in ABA/639/2022 shall report to the Investigating Officer for two days on 15th and 16th April, 2023, and further as and when required by the Investigating Officer. (iii) The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile/contact details, and/or change of residence or mobile/contact details from time to time. (iv) The Applicants shall not interfere with the Complainant and the other witnesses, or tamper with the evidence in any manner. .
All applications stand disposed of.
