This is an application for modification of order dated 8th August, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.759 of 2014.

2.

While granting suspension of sentence of imprisonment and bail, this Court had directed the applicants to attend the concerned Police Station on first day of every month. It is submitted that the applicants are attending the Police Station since, 2014. The photo copies of acknowledgment regarding the attendance are annexed to this application Hence, the attendance may be relaxed.

Learned APP submitted that total exemption may not be granted from attending the Police Station. 4.

Considering the fact that the applicants have been attending the Police Station in accordance with order dated 8th August, 2014, the said order can be modified. 5.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station once in six months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Interim Application No.1163 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
