Learned counsel for Applicants on instructions seeks permission to withdraw application. However, it is submitted that Applicant no.1 is police constable and applicant no.3 is preparing for his examination of MPSC. Therefore, the trial may be expedited. 2.

Considering the peculiar facts of this case we permit the Applicants to withdraw this application. The application is disposed off as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously and make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months.
