1) The learned Counsel submits that after the Committee delivered the judgment, the petitioner could lay hand on the Validity Certificate issued to the daughters of the real uncle of the petitioner, namely Manisha and Veena. The learned Counsel submits that liberty be given to the petitioner to place the same before Committee.

3) The petitioner ought to have aware about the validity in the family. However, considering the matter involves the petitioner's status, we are inclined to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner.

4) The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The parties are relegated before the Committee. The parties shall appear before the Committee on 26th June, 2023. The petitioner is permitted to place on record the Validity Certificate issued in respect of the daughters of the real uncle of the petitioner. The Authorities shall consider the effect of the same and pass orders afresh.

5) Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
