By this application, Applicant seeks to quash and set aside order dated 12th February 2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, thereby dismissing appeal for non-removal of office objections.

The learned Advocate appearing for Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

In view of undertaking given to this Court, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to condition that, applicant to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

In case of non-removal of office objections, order dated 12th February 2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) shall govern the proceeding.
