Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

After considering the submissions so advanced and events so referred, we see no case is made out for interference. The application for ten days' leave tendered by petitioner has been rejected by respondent No. 1 with proper justification. Both the authorities, based upon the existing policies, have considered the case and rejected the leave application of the petitioner. Even the Grievance Committee / Highest Authority i.e. Shivaji University, Kolhapur has also considered twice the grievance of the petitioner. The decision
WP6260.2014.odt therefore so given by the authorities, need no interference. 3.
As there is no perversity and no case is made out even to interfere insofar as the allegations against the authorities and the remedy is also available, the petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
