In both these applications, there is ad-interim protection. I am informed by learned counsel appearing for the Applicants that the amount as has been alleged to have been part of the crime in question is already deposited in this Court.

In the aforesaid backdrop, let the entire amount be transferred to the trial Court, where the charge-sheet is pending with liberty to the Applicants to apply for regular bail, which prayer, if moved, be decided expeditiously.

Ad-interim protection ordered by this Court shall be continued for a period of two weeks from today. 4.
In view of above, the applications are permitted to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
Pending Applications stand disposed of.
