By this First Appeal,, the Appellants/Original Claimants are challenging the Judgment and award dated 25th February, 2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ichalkaranji in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 55 of 2009 for additional compensation.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellants and the Impugned Judgment, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out case for following order:
