In pursuance of the Order dated 22.11.2018, the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State has issued a further Circular dated 6.12.2018 and all the concerned are directed to comply with the Mandate of law under Section 172 (1­b) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The said circular is taken on record. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, in the intervening period the Division Bench of this Court has
