The proposal for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a 'Junior Clerk' is rejected solely on the ground that in view of the Government Resolution dated 04/05/2020 new appointments are banned. It is submitted that appointment of the Petitioner is dated 30/08/2018, in view of that Government Resolution would not apply. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner refers to the judgment of the Division bench of this Court dated 16/03/2022 in Writ Petition No. 6738 of 2021.
