This is a subsequent bail application filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.69 of 2022. The previous application for pre-arrest bail was allowed to be withdrawn by order dated 26 August 2022. A perusal of the said order reveals that 1 / 2

sg 15.aba760-23.doc after arguing the matter for some while and when the Court was disinclined to grant bail, the bail application had been withdrawn. Filing such successive application without there being any change in fact situation, is nothing but an abuse of process of court. Allowing such application will only encourage forum shopping, which is not conducive to administration of justice.

Hence, the application is dismissed. The interim application stands disposed of.
