The above Civil Application has been filed to bring the heirs of Petitioner No.1(a) on record and for condonation of delay of 215 days in filing the application. The heirs of the Petitioner No.1(a) are the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3. Since the heirs are already on record, the delay is only technical, there is therefore no impediment in allowing the Civil application. The same is accordingly allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
