Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The only substantive prayer in this Petition is for recalling of the order dated 5th January 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.6047 of 2014. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 5th January 2015, he has to adopt an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. This Petition is misconceived and the same is accordingly rejected. However, the remedies of the Petitioner are kept open.
