There is no dispute that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioners for impugning the orders which are subject matter of these petitions which is not availed of. I am thus not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders on that ground. The petitioners would be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merits of matters. Writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
