Ms Bhide points out that by an order of 24th September 2019, the Hon'ble Mr Justice PD Kode, former Judge of this Court was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. That order requested him to dispose of the Section 17 Application within ten weeks. She requests an extension of time since the Replies fled by the Respondents to the Section 17 Application contains various objections. 3.

Time is extended by four weeks.
