Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 664 of 2021 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, District Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

Applicant was ordered to be released on adinterim protection vide reasoned order passed by this Court on 11th April, 2022.

In response to the arguments canvassed by counsel for the applicant, learned APP on instructions informs that the custody of the applicant is not required particularly having regard to the co-operation extended by BGP.
