Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, the Applicants are seeking permission to delete the name of Respondent No.1A Anusaya Salu Thombare from the record and proceeding of First Appeal including pending Civil Applications therein as she expired on 20th November, 2016. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for passing following order:

ORDER

(A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to delete the name of Respondent No.1A from the record and proceeding of First Appeal including pending Civil Applications therein."

(B) Applicants to carry out amendment on or before 15th June, 2019 and serve amended copy to other side.
