After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief of bail, the learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the application. 2.

Prayer granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.

However, since the Applicant is in custody since 2016, he is at liberty to make appropriate application before the Court of Sessions Judge for expeditious hearing of the trial. If such application is made, learned Sessions Judge shall decide the application on its own merit.
