The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that by passage of time, the petition is rendered infructuous. It is further informed that the challenge raised in the instant petition is in respect of the order of suspension from services during continuance of departmental proceedings. However, the proceedings of enquiry has been concluded and the petitioner has been awarded the punishment of dismissal from service and an appeal against the order of dismissal has also been filed and is stated to be pending.
