The order dated 24­1­2014 rejecting the application Exhibit 68 for appointment of the Court Commissioner is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

Having regard to the facts which are mentioned in the application on the basis of which the appointment of the Court Commissioner is sought, the order passed by the Trial Court rejecting the said application Exhibit 68 cannot be taken exception to. It is required to be noted that earlier also applications Exhibit 26 and 38 were filed for appointment of the Court Commissioner which were rejected by the Trial Court. Hence no case for interference is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
