DATE : 09 FEBRUARY 2024 P.C. :- Contempt alleged is of the order dated 21 December 2021 in Writ Petition No. 1148 of 2021. By this order it was directed that the Respondent No.4 therein would take final decision within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of the order. In the Contempt Petition itself it is mentioned that the decision is taken but according to the Petitioner it is an incorrect decision. Obviously, this cannot be a contempt. The Petitioner ought to have filed a Writ Petition challenging the fresh decision.
