This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to appeal challenging Judgment and Order dated 31st August, 2015 passed by the learned Special Judge, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur, thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act in Special Case No. 3 of 2010. The delay is of 112 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 to 7, the application for condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The application is disposed of accordingly.
