By an order dated 12th October 2015, it was observed by the Court that repeated adjournments were taken by the learned counsel for the applicant in the matter, and that the applicant was apparently not interested in the hearing of the present application. I find that repeated adjournments by way of last chance were granted in the past.

It is also seen that the directions given by this Court to annexe a copy of the notes of evidence adduced during the trial to the application has also not been complied with. Application is rejected.
