This application is preferred to condone the delay of 51 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 29th November, 2018 passed by the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Sangli in WCA No.28/B7/2011. 3.

For the reasons assigned in the application, which make out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay, and to advance the cause of substantive justice so as to facilitate the adjudication the lis on Vishal Parekar, P.A.
