The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the appointment of the petitioner as Full Time Librarian is approved initially on honararium and thereafter, as a regular Librarian. The proposal is submitted for inclusion of name of the Petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. Same is not yet decided. Incase proposal seeking inclusion of name of the Petitioner in Shalarth Pranali (page 48) is pending with Respondent no.2 then the Respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within four months.
