The Civil Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased sole Respondent. 2.

Ms. Khopkar, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the legal heirs and representatives of the sole Respondent have been served except Respondent No.1(a).

The Respondent Nos.1(b) to 1(e) along with Respondent No.1(a) are the legal heirs of the sole Respondent and accordingly they are representing the estate of the sole Respondent. Thus, there is no

02-CAW-1058-2018.doc impediment in granting the Civil Application. Although the other Respondents have been served, none appears for them. Affidavit-inReply is also not filed. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
