Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.204 of 2017 registered with Foujdar Chawadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 417 r/w 34 of IPC and 3 and 4 of MPID Act.

The bail is claimed based on parity.

Attention of this Court is invited to the orders passed in BA No.1357 of 2019 on 5th December, 2019 and BA No.1171 of 2021 on 3rd February, 2022 and other similar orders. 4.
Counsel for the applicant, Mr. Ritesh Thobde on instructions submits that an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be deposited in the Special Court taking up matter under MPID Act BGP.

within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of aforesaid statement, applicant deserves to be released on bail for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid orders. 6.
Order of release of the applicant be passed by the Court below only after deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- as has been undertaken. Applicant be released on bail on same terms and conditions in BA No.1357 of 2019 decided by this Court on 5th December, 2019 in the matter of V. Vijaykumar Venketeshappa Vs. The State of Maharashtra.

Needless to clarify that deposit of the amount is without prejudice to the right of the applicant.

The application as such stands disposed of.
