It is a common ground that the application for approval of transfer of the petitioners from unaided school to aided school is pending before the authority for quite sometime.

The petitioners would be at liberty to file additional representation and shall indicate the effect of Rule 41A inserted in the year 2020. Such representation shall be filed within one week from today. Authority shall decide the pending proposal after considering the additional representation within four weeks from the date of filing of such additional representation as well as the other submissions produced on record.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, all writ petitions are disposed of by directing that said applications be disposed of in accordance with law. If any adverse decision is taken against the petitioners by the respondent, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

All writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merit of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. MADHAV JAMDAR, J.
