By this application, the applicant/insurance company seeks a stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 27.9.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Karad, District Satara in MACP No.28 of 2009. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the entire amount of Rs.23,01,047/­ is deposited by the insurance company. 2.

In view of this, the stay to the impugned judgment dated 27.9.2012 is granted pending appeal.
