The petitioners (original defendants) are challenging the judgment and order passed by the lower Appellate Court granting injunction against the petitioners and restraining them from disturbing plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. The impugned order dated 6th February 2017, which is in force till today; hence, no interference is called for.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

Moreover, the Trial Court shall decide the matter uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
