1) informs that the original Claimant is no more and details of his legal heirs are already communicated to learned Counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company via a letter on 2 April 2024. He submits that details therein are proper and correct.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company seeks time to file appropriate Application for bringing legal heirs of the Original Claimant on record.

Learned Counsel for the deceased Original Claimant submits that it is necessary to bring legal heirs on record as early as possible because they are in need of money and their predecessor had already filed withdrawal application for the same, which is pending.

In that view of the matter, the Appellant-Insurance Company is directed to file necessary Application within a period of two weeks. 6.

Stand over to 2 September 2024 to be listed alongwith the Application for legal heirs that will be filed.
