Learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a dispute before the Collector under section 33(5) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

Needless to mention that the Petitioner is at liberty to take benefit of provisions of section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for the period during which he was prosecuting the proceeding in this Court.
