The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Kulkarni after arguing for sometime on telephonic instructions of the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petitions to urge the contentions raised in the above Petitions at the hearing of the Claim Petitions before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sangli. The Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to raise the contentions before the MACT, Sangli, at the appropriate stage. Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the Petitioner and it is before the MACT that the Petitioner would be free to urge the said contentions and for the MACT to consider the same.
