Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent be directed to process the pension proposal same in a time bound manner.

Heard learned counsel for the Respondent. In case the Petitioner is held eligible, pension proposal be processed expeditiously Digitally signed by MEGHA S PARAB Date:
