A praecipe has been moved seeking stay of the order dated 17th April 2024 passed by this Court dismissing the appeal for a period of four weeks as the Appellant desires to challenge the said order. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents opposes the prayer for stay.

Considering that there was an interim relief operating in favour of the Appellant since 25th October 2018 as the Executing Court was directed not to proceed with the matter, I am inclined to stay the order dated 17th April 2024 for a period of four weeks from today.
